Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
FormSession includes a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. We encourage you to test the extension thoroughly before subscribing.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment if:
- The extension does not work as described on the websites you need it for
- You experienced a technical issue that we were unable to resolve
- You were charged in error
Refund requests made after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at alexsheldesign@gmail.com with:
- Your email address used for purchase
- The reason for your refund request
- Your order number (found in your Paddle receipt)
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. To cancel, visit your Paddle customer portal or contact us.
