By installing or using the FormSession browser extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FormSession is a browser extension that saves and restores form data on websites you choose. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 3-day free trial, after which a fee of $9.99 per month applies.

3. Subscription and Billing

• The Service includes a 3-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at $9.99/month.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available at this link. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, is responsible for processing refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension for commercial purposes
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent subscription verification or licensing mechanisms
• Share your subscription with others

6. Intellectual Property

FormSession and all associated code, design, and content are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal or business purposes during your active subscription.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will work on all websites or with all form types. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of the extension.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
